I don't know if I understood the whole plot of the story very well, but apparently April O'Neil is the new director of the porn scene that Lana Rhoades and Dillion Harper are going to star in. I imagine Lana wants her to feel comfortable during her first day on the job and very explicitly shows the director how she's going to behave when the cameras are rolling.
